A little Information on Point Richmond

Point Richmond is a gem of the East Bay, one of the best-kept secrets in the Bay Area.  Once an island, it is now a neighborhood of arts, culture and history.  Point Richmond is home to Keller Beach and breathtaking picnic areas in Miller/Knox Regional Shoreline Park.

With stunning views of the San Francisco skyline, Point Richmond has many houses, which include historic Victorians, offering a panoramic view of the bay area.  Many of the area businesses are housed in century-old buildings dating back to before the founding or incorporation of the town of Richmond, CA.

Point Richmond, also sometimes referred to locally as The Point, is a neighborhood near the eastern end of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, between Interstate 580 and the San Francisco Bay. Its compact size and many historic buildings give it a quaint “small town” feel.
