At our friendly neighborhood pub, we feature everything from salads for the light ruggers, belly-filling “large plates” for the hungry ruggers, mini morsels for the little ruggers, an extensive beer and wine list, and much more. Wine Week at the Up and Under

Join us this week, starting tomorrow through Sunday, for wine week! Michael David Petite Petit and Godfather Prohibition White Wines are both only $18 a bottle. Discover a new favorite at a price that your wallet will favor!


Petite Petit is large! A blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot. Offering a joyous explosion of color and fun, it is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

The grapes used in the production of this wine was picked from Suisun Valley early on, prior to ripeness, in order to achieve its crisp taste with tropical and citrus fruit aromas and flavors. The texture of the Prohibition White is worth noting, as it has very smooth, almost silk-like overtones that leave an impression on the palate. Prohibition White will go great with raw fish dishes like tuna tartar, salmon carpaccio and ceviche. The acidity in the wine brings out the best flavors in both wine and fish.
Prohibition White is a tasty blend of 96% Pinot Gris and 4% Viognier, aged in Steel Tanks.
